ADSTIN (Adamawa State Tax Identification Number) is a number that uniquely identifies a taxpayer in Adamawa State. Everyone who pays tax to the Adamawa State Government in one form or the other is meant to have a ADSTIN.

You can obtain a ADSTIN in five (5) simple steps:

  • Log on to https://etax-adirs.net
  • Search for your name or company name.
  • Register and Update your information.
  • Confirm and Activate your account.
  • Obtain your ADSTIN.

  • On your web browser, go to https://etax-adirs.net
  • Click on the USERS menu, then click REGISTER in the dropdown
  • Select your category (CORPORATE or INDIVIDUAL)
  • Enter the name of your organization in the search bar
  • Click the search icon to the right of the search bar
  • If you find your organization click it to update your details
  • If you don’t find the name of your organization click to register

  • Click on the USERS menu, then click SIGN IN in the dropdown
  • Enter the Email Address and Password you used during registration
  • Click the LOG IN button

You can file for annual returns by following the following steps:

  • Click the Annual Returns menu and select the File Annual Returns sub-menu:
  • Complete the Add Director forms (if you haven’t added your directors)
  • Upload CAC Documents (form CO2, CO7, CAC documents if you have not done so previously)
  • File Annual Returns
    • Click the Upload New Annual Returns button
    • Update payment details (form G) by clicking the Upload Form G button
    • Select tax year
    • Upload Payment Receipt (pdf)
    • Download the form H1 template
    • Update the downloaded template
    • Upload the updated template file (excel)
    • N/B: uploaded template should not contain any formula
    • Upload Receipt for NHF, NHIS and LIFE ASSURANCE (additional documents)
    • Click the search icon to view submitted form H1
  • Submit Annual Returns
  • Track Annual Returns
  • Enter the Email Address and Password you used during registration
  • Click the LOG IN button

  • Click the Annual Returns menu and select the Track Annual Returns sub-menu:
  • Select filed annual return to track from the dropdown to view status of filed annual return

Log on to the ADIRS Portal

  • Sign in on the portal (if you have registered or created an account on the portal)
  • Locate the Withholding Tax menu and the sub-menus:
  • Click on Vendors to add a vendor
  • Select the Withholding Tax to upload WHT schedule
  • Select Credit Note Request to make request
  • Track Credit Note status

  • Locate the TCC menu and the sub-menus:
  • Click on TCC Requests
  • Select TCC type/tax period, tax year and employee type
  • Select employee(s) and click Apply For TCC
  • Track TCC

  • Locate the TCC menu and the sub-menus:
  • Fill the form A for the preferred tax year and submit the request.
  • Provide details of payment made using the Payment Declaration Form.
  • Monitor the status of the request made using the Assessment Report tool.
